Ètica i Educació en l’era digital: perspectives globals i estratègies per a la transformació local a Catalunya

Resum


El propòsit d’aquest article és proporcionar una anàlisi global i una síntesi de les noves qüestions i situacions ètiques a les quals s’enfronten els educadors que utilitzen tecnologies digitals. Es presentarà un marc conceptual centrat en el context ètic continu (CEC), que integra com es perceben la societat, la cultura, els valors i la tecnologia i com es creen opcions ètiques tenint en compte els danys i els beneficis potencials tant per a les persones com per als grups humans. Es comentarà una síntesi de les àrees temàtiques ètiques emergents i s’oferiran recomanacions per a l’adaptació a Catalunya de les millors pràctiques i les principals fites. Es conclourà afirmant que l’abast i la complexitat dels problemes ètics potencials relacionats amb l’ús de les tecnologies digitals s’ampliarà en el futur. El desenvolupament d’un codi ètic per a l’ús de les tecnologies digitals és molt recomanable en tots els sectors socials de Catalunya. Aquesta i altres recomanacions que es proposaran podran aplicar-se també a altres contextos locals i nacionals.
