Diversity-aware contents design. The university-company relationship. A case study
Abstract
An ever-growing number of companies are entrusting training of their staff to institutions that provide continuing training through e-learning. The need to train staff in the latest technologies and save time and money has led many institutions to carry out various trials in on-line training.
