The University Pablo de Olavide and Sadiel. Teacher training program in the development of e-learning contents: a case study
Abstract
E-learning is not a future possibility but a tangible reality in almost all Spanish universities. However, if we investigate the forms of training teachers in the new competencies required in this context, we can find numerous strategies, almost all of which are different. Aware of the need to train its teachers in the development of on-line courses, the Universidad Pablo de Olavide requested a proposal on elearning training from Sadiel at the beginning of 2004.
