Informal lines of academic training in higher education

Luis Alfonso Argüello Guzmán

Abstract

This article presents the informal lines of training of academics in higher education at the Cooperativa University in Colombia, Seccional Neiva. To consolidate this research, a register of observations and dialogues was set up to establish the form in which the participants structure their verbal communication exchanges. This register aims to describe the communicative interactions academics use to orient themselves in their informal lines of training. This results in a body of scholarly and shared knowledge which is obtained in a social environment through conversation.
