Research and development (R+D) networks as a strategy for the use of ICT in Latin American universities
Abstract
The aim of this paper is to analyze the role of universities as the driving forces in the establishment of advanced research and development (R+D) networks in Latin America, and their role in the penetration and ultimate use of information and communication technologies (ICT).
