Abstract
How to Become a Proficient Online Learner describes strategies for adult students in a virtual environment. The focus is practical, with advice that can be immediately applied. This is indispensable for any online student, with or without prior experience. Experienced students will get new ideas or confirmation of the utility of existing practices while novice online learners will discover necessary skills and useful strategies without having to acquire them through trial and error. The author has experience of teaching online and consequently the book will be of great use to e-teachers.
